Fill your Boss D with polystyrene beans for a light piece that is easy to move around. Alternatively, for a more spongy option, fill with crumbed foam filling. Or do a mixture of both (highly recommended!)

Washable Bean Bag Lounger

The Double Boss features inner bags, so that you can easily remove the covers without having to worry about the filling. This means you can remove the covers for a quick gentle cycle wash. However, do this sparingly, as you don’t want to ruin your bean bag covers. For softer stains, simple wipe down the Double Boss with a damp cloth or a wet wipe.

These are designer bean bag chairs, and our designs are just simply superb. Please note, we supply the bean bag covers only! You would need to source the filling separately. Unfortunately, the cost of freight would be astronomical. It is much cheaper for you to purchase locally. Trust us though, it is totally worth the investment! And much cheaper than a couch!

Warning: Children can suffocate if bean bag filling is swallowed or inhaled. Do not let children climb inside this bean bag. A bean bag is NOT A SAFE sleeping surface for an infant under 12 months of age.

Bean Bag Care

Wipe clean with a damp cloth and occasionally vacuum. For tougher stains, you can remove the bean bag cover and put in the wash on a gentle cycle. Please do not tumble dry, instead allow to dry in the shade. View our Bean Bag Care Instructions.

For best advice on filling bean bags:

To fill your indoor beanbag cover with as less spillage as possible, we recommend doing so in the bath and create a funnel with a piece of cupboard to help funnel the beans into your bean bag cover. Enjoy!

Important Information

BEAN FILLING IS NOT INCLUDED. Can be purchased at Kmart, Target or Big W. Bag of bean filling.

The zipper pullers of the cover have been removed so they are not accidentally opened by children. A paper clip is best used to open the bean bag cover to pour the beans in.

Instructions for Filling the Boss Bean Bag

Boss Bean Bag has three inner liners marked 1, 2, 3

Mark 1: is the inner liner of the seat front part, filling around 268 Litres of beans (#1 is the sitting part)

Mark 2: is the inner liner of the back top part – filling around 80-L of bean filling (#2 is the top bag where the head rest)

Mark 3 is the inner liner of the middle part, approx. 268 Litres of bean filling required. (#3 is the last bag when you assemble – the last inner bag to be inserted into the bean bag)

You can adjust the filling volume based on your preference. Enjoy

I’m delighted !! They’re so easy to move around the house when I want them in a different room. It was interesting filling them as I was in the shower closed the door , got talc to reduce static and looked like a sort of snowman at the end of it ! Good fun!!

Seriously stoked! I’m moving house atm so don’t have it set up (styled) but have filled it with the mixture of beans and foam suggested and am in love! I was informed when it was available for back order as it was out of stock when I first wanted to purchase and the customer service has been amazing.

It was a purchase my partner wasn’t entirely convinced on initially, but he is a convert now! A house of happy customers!

I’ve even convinced my friend to upgrade her single to a double 😅

Love the size of this, it’s big! Kids love it. And we use it to read bedtime stories on.

We filled it with both beans and foam. Very comfy.

We bought the natural colour. It’s more brown than in the photos. We thought it was tan at first. Wish it was a little lighter to go with the room better.

I’ve recently set it up, getting beans was a bit of a challenge (living on an island).

Now that it is set up, I’m LOVING it! It’s super comfy, feels great against the skin, doesn’t hold heat, which is great as I’m in the tropics. I do plan on getting another set soon, so bank out an entire sofa wall!

One thing that you could look at for future designs, is the filling opening on the inner bags. The opening is in the centre, which was quite the nightmare to fill for only person. I you could relocate it to on of the ends, it would mean filling would be a breeze – it could self support as it’s filled.

I’ll be putting another order in a week or so, now that I have the bean supply sorted 👍🏻
