Returns Policy

Thanks for shopping at Mooi Living. We value our customers and want you to have peace of mind when purchasing from us. We rarely would see problems with our products, but if you ever do have an issue with your order, we offer 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help. If within the 14 days of receipt of the item you are not satisfied, you will be need to return the item. Please note, Shipping cost is non-refundable and Mooi Living will not refund shipping return costs.

Upon receipt of the item we will replace the item with an identical item or refund the cost of the goods (excluding delivery costs), being that the item has been unused and in the same condition that you received it, including the packaging. You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.  Your item must be in the original packaging and deemed suitable for resale (unless faulty). Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase Mooi Living checks all returns, and if we consider the fault to be due to misuse or self-damage, then a refund will not be given.

Please ensure to provide a note with your nam, order number and reason for your return.

We suggest tracking delivery if you send product back, so that our signature is required upon receipt of the item, because we will not issue a refund if the returned item does not reach us.


Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.

We do not offer refunds on SALE  items.


You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non refundable.

If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Mooi Living will not be liable to you for loss you or any third party suffers for delay or failure to process your order or deliver goods due to inaccurate or incomplete details provided in an order.

Faulty / Damaged Items

If ever you find a product faulty please fill in the form below and ensure to provide a picture of the faulty item. We will contact you upon receiving the email. If the item is faulty then we will happily provide you a refund or an exchange.
