Items bought during the Big Birthday Sale can be returned or exchanged within 14-days of receiving your order, providing the item is in the condition we sent to you. We will charge a 10% restocking fee.

Clearance items can NOT be returned or exchanged!

We ask that you email us a photograph of the item before returning to hello@mooiliving.com.au
– so we can ensure they are in resalable condition.

We will not refund postage, and it is the customer’s responsibility
to return the item to Mooi Living Pty Ltd as detailed in our Returns policy.

Our products are selling fast, so we simply cannot hold products. We also can't guarantee colours will be available for the sale.

We have released our Spring Outdoor Stock early, and put them up on pre-order so you can order them at Birthday Sale Prices.

All stock that are on Pre-Order are clearly marked "Pre-Order".

Our stock is arriving early August. Once received in our warehouse, we will have your order dispatched to you and tracking information sent out.
