At our sole discretion, Mooi Living Australia Pty Ltd may provide a refund on the return of Mooi Living products within 30 days of the date of purchase where the product packaging is unopened and remains in a saleable condition. You acknowledge and agree that you are liable for any postage and shipping costs associated with any return pursuant to this clause.

Returns will not be accepted after 30-days from the date the product has been received by the customer, unless in circumstances agreed to by the staff at Mooi Living Pty Ltd.

Change of Mind Returns

We understand that it can be difficult selecting a product online, that's why we offer a 30-day return policy. However, we ask that you clearly read the product page as we offer clear descriptions. 

Additionally, we make it completely transparent that our bean bags are the covers only and that we don't provide the filling.

Colours can also appear different o computer screens and in pictures based on where the photoshoot has been held (ie white surroundings, direct light etc).

We can NOT offer a refund or exchange for products that have been taken out of the packaging, unfolded, filled with bean or filling, not in its original state, has pet hair or smells on the bean bag. 

Damaged or Faulty Items

Please view our warranty page for more information about our warranty policy. Please note, you will need to get authorisation from the Mooi Living team prior to returning faulty products as we will need to inspect them (as per our warranty policy).

Instructions for Returns

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help. 

If within the 30-days of receipt of the item you are not satisfied (and have not used or filled the item and it is still in it's original packaging), you will need to contact us via email at to let us know you plan to return the item and why.

Please note, Shipping cost is non-refundable and Mooi Living will not refund shipping return costs.  

If the packaging is not returned, is damaged or unusable an additional repacking fee of $20.00 will be charged.

Upon receipt of the item we will either replace the item with an identical item or refund the cost of the goods (excluding delivery costs), being that the item has been unused and in the same condition that you received it. The product must be in the original packaging and the original condition . You have 30-calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. 

Please note, Mooi Living does not accept returns on clearance and factory second items.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unfilled, has not been taken out of the packaging and in the same condition that you received it.

Your item must be in the original packaging and deemed suitable for resale (unless faulty).

Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase Mooi Living checks all returns, and if we consider the fault to be due to misuse or self-damage, then a refund will not be given.

Please ensure to provide a note with your, name, order number and reason for your return.

We suggest tracking delivery when sending your product back, so that our signature is required upon receipt of the item. Mooi Living will not issue a refund if the returned item does not reach us or is lost via post.


Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

We do not offer refunds on CLEARANCE or FACTORY SECONDS .


Again, we are happy to offer an exchange within 30-calendar days of you receiving your new Mooi Living bean bag.

There are two ways we can do this.

  1. You can re-order your new bean bag online - and we will process the order and have it sent straight out to you. You can then send your old item back in post (as per above) and once we have received it, we will process a refund for the cost of the product.
  2. Let us know what bean bag you would like to exchange your original one for, and we can either charge you or refund you the difference in cost. We will also need to charge for additional shipping. We will get you to send your original item back to us, and upon receipt of receiving it, we will then process your order and send you the new item.

Exchanges must also be in the original packaging and not used (as per the stipulations above).


You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non refundable.

If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Mooi Living will not be liable to you for loss you or any third party suffers for delay or failure to process your order or deliver goods due to inaccurate or incomplete details provided in an order. 

Faulty / Damaged Items

If ever you find a product faulty please send us an email with the details of the damage and please supply a picture(s) as well.  If the item is faulty then we will happily provide you a refund or an exchange. Email
