Important Safety Information
WARNING: Children can suffocate if bean bag filling is swallowed or inhaled. Do not allow children to climb inside the bean bag. Bean bags are not a safe sleeping surface for infants under 12 months of age.
Child-Safe Zippers: To help prevent children from accessing the filling, zipper pullers have been removed. Use a paper clip to open and close the zipper when required.

Are your colours exclusive to Mooi Living?
Yes. Our Outdoor Bean Bags and Pool Floats are custom-designed for Mooi Living, meaning our colour palette is unique to us.
While you may see similar shades in the market, it’s unlikely you’ll find the exact same tones or fabric finishes elsewhere.
Can these bean bags go in the pool?
No. These designs are made for poolside use only and are not designed to go in the pool.
They do not feature a drainage system, so submerging them in water may cause them to sink or shorten their lifespan.
If you’re after something to enjoy in the water, explore our Pool Float Range instead.
Are the covers removable and washable?
Removable, Washable Covers
Designed for easy care, our outdoor bean bags feature removable covers and inner liners to keep the filling contained.
The covers can be easily removed and machine-washed on a cold, delicate cycle.
We recommend using a mild detergent and air-drying in the shade to protect the UV coating and fabric integrity.
Does the bean bag come with filling?
That's entirely up to you, you have two options...
Choose Cover Only for your bean bag cover and inner bags, with filling sold separately. You can purchase filling locally from Big W or Spotlight.
Prefer everything delivered? Select Cover + Bean Filling and we’ll arrange the correct amount of premium EPS filling through our supply partner, Fill Co Australia.

How much filling will I need?
You will need approximately 540L of Bean Filling.
OPTION 1 - COVER ONLY
If you select the Cover Only - you can purchase the filling either from Spotlight or BigW for around $13.50/100L.
OPTION 2- ALL INCLUSIVE
If you select the Cover + Filling - Fill Co will send you out the correct amount of filling.
Can I leave my bean bag outside all the time?
Yes - Olefin fabric is designed for outdoor use and can withstand exposure to sun and rain.
However, to extend the life of your bean bag, we recommend storing it under cover or in a dry area when not in use for long periods, especially during heavy rain or winter months.
Will they get mouldy?
Olefin fabric is mould and mildew resistant, meaning it won’t naturally grow mould.
However, mould is environmental, and if your bean bag is left damp or in a humid, shaded, or moist environment for long periods, mould can still develop on the surface.

How do I clean my outdoor bean bag?
For regular upkeep, simply wipe it down with a damp cloth.
For a deeper clean, remove the cover and gently machine wash on a cold cycle. Always air dry in the shade.
Why don't your zippers have lids?
In accordance with Australian Safety Standards, all Mooi Living bean bags are fitted with child-safe locking zippers that cannot be easily opened.
This ensures that children and pets cannot access the bean filling, creating a safer environment for your home.
