Our supply partner, Fill Co Australia, dispatches bean filling Monday to Friday. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are dispatched the next business day.
Most orders arrive within 1–7 business days, and your tracking number will be emailed once your filling is on its way. Bean filling
Due to the size of the bags, filling deliveries include automatic Authority to Leave at your residential address. Delivery to PO boxes or parcel lockers is unavailable.

How it works
How to Fill your Bean Bag
From bag to bean bag - follow these simple steps for easy filling with less mess.

Step 01 - Find an Enclosed
Step 01
Fill your bean bag in a bathtub or enclosed room to keep any spills contained and easy to clean up. Never fill outdoors or near children.

Step 02 - Open the filling bag

Carefully cut along the dashed line at the top of your Fill Co bag, just below the stitched paper fold.

Step 03 - Pour in the filling
Step 03
Ask a friend or family member to unzip your bean bag or inner bag and hold it open. Shape the paper bag into a pouring spout, then slowly pour in the beans. Gently shake out any remaining filling.

Step 04 - Tidy up and zip closed
Step 04
Collect any spilled beans and add them to the inner bag. Use a paperclip to close the child-safe zippers on both the inner bag and cover, then remove it before settling in.

Step 05 - Find your comfort level
Step 05
Start with slightly less filling than your cover recommends, take a seat and allow a day for it to settle. Add a little more if you prefer a fuller, firmer feel - it’s easier to add than remove.
