WHEN DOES THE BLACK FRIDAY AFFAIR START AND END?

The Affair begins on 6th November and ends 1st December — or while stocks last. Some offers are limited-time or weekend-only, so sign up for early access and mystery deals.

The Black Friday Affair is only open to AUS & NZ residents.

WILL EVERYTHING BE ON SALE?

Yes, every single product will have an exclusive Black Friday offer.

Plus, there’ll be bonus mystery deals and surprise drops throughout the campaign.

WILL THERE BE DISCOUNTS THROUGHOUT THE SALE?

Yes! We’ll have incredible deals on every product for the full campaign - PLUS mystery offers released throughout.

We won’t offer refunds or discounts if prices change after purchase - that’s just how promotions work!

But rest assured, you’ll be scoring huge savings no matter when you shop.

CAN I USE OTHER DISCOUNT CODES DURING THE SALE?

Only codes specifically promoted during The Black Friday Affair will be valid. All other promo codes will be disabled during this time.

HOW DOES THE MIX & MATCH WEEKEND WORK?

On select weekends, stack extra savings on top of sale prices:

  • Buy 3 = extra 5% off
  • Buy 4 = extra 7% off
  • Buy 5 = extra 10% off

Automatically applied at checkout. Only valid on Saturday & Sunday (15-16 & 22-23)

If you return any items, the discount will be deducted from the refunded item.

WILL I MISS OUT IF I WAIT?

Most likely, especially if you want heavily discounted and popular products or colours.

Last year we sold out of Chill UV Loungers & Lana Loungers within the first week. And sold out of the popular colours of most other products.

Once they’re gone, they won’t be restocked during the event. Don’t miss out.

WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE SHIPPED?

This is by far, our BIGGEST sale of event of the year! And ... every other retailers!

We will try to get your orders out as fast as we can, however, please allow us a few days as we will be inundated with orders.

CAN I CHANGE MY ORDER OR SHIPPING ADDRESS?

Yes — you can update your shipping address or order details from the order confirmation page or by logging into your ORDER PORTAL (link is emailed after purchase).

You only have 60 minutes to make changes. After that, it’s locked in.

Due to the high volume during our Black Friday Affair, we’re unable to manually adjust orders. Please double-check your details before placing your order.

CAN I PRE-ORDER IF SOMETHING IS SOLD OUT?

Some items may allow pre-orders, but Black Friday discounts apply to in-stock items only.

If it’s sold out, it won’t be available at the same price.

RETURN OF SALE ITEMS

We are pretty sure you are going to love your Mooi Living bean bag, but let us talk you through our returns policy.

Items bought during the Black Friday Sale can be returned or exchanged within 14-days of receiving your order, providing the item is in the condition we sent to you. We will charge a 10% restocking fee.

Clearance items can NOT be returned or exchanged!

We ask that you email us a photograph of the item before returning to hello@mooiliving.com.au
– so we can ensure they are in resalable condition.

We will not refund postage, and it is the customer’s responsibility
to return the item to Mooi Living Pty Ltd as detailed in our Returns policy.

WHAT IF A PRODUCT IS SOLD OUT?

Mooi Living has had a massive end of the year. WE WILL RUN OUT OF STOCK in some colours and designs.

If you like a product, we suggest purchasing the earlier the better.

We can NOT hold product as our products sell incredibly fast this time of year.

PRE-CHRISTMAS DELIVERY

Honestly, November & December are CRAZY months for retail and the postal service.

Pre-Christmas cut-offs are not until December, HOWEVER, we highly recommend ordering earlier the better ... or selecting Express Shipping at checkout!

We have found delays with both Australia Post and Aramex over this period ... it's for this reason that we start our sale earlier!

CAN YOU HOLD STOCK?

Unfortunately, we can't!

Our products are selling fast, so we simply cannot hold products. We also can't guarantee colours will be available for the sale.
