Next Day Dispatch

WE HIGHLY RECOMMEND SELECTING EXPRESS POST AT THIS BUSY TIME OF YEAR – ESPECIALLY FOR PRE-CHRISTMAS DELIVERY.

We pick, pack and process orders within 24 hours excluding weekends, public holidays and high-demand and sale periods.

Next day dispatch applies to products in stock. Orders received and processed by us before 2pm each business day will be dispatched on the following business day for next day dispatch items, and delivered on average within 1-7 business days.

Certain areas may take longer for delivery depending on your location. Orders received and processed by us on Friday or weekend days will be dispatched on the following Monday for next day dispatch items.

Flat Rate Shipping or Calculated

Flat rate shipping is $12.50. Flat rate is for physical addresses only – NO PO Boxes or Parcel Post. Australia Post services are calculated in cart or checkout.

Please note, our warehouse is located on the Gold Coast in Queensland.

If you would like your parcel delivered to a PO Box or Parcel Locker, then you will need to select the Australia Post.

Delayed, Damaged or Lost Shipping

*Please note, freight services are outsourced to a third party supplier. We give our customers multiple options: Flat Rate (Aramex or Australia Post whichever is cheapest), Australia Post Regular or Australia Post Express – these are calculated in the cart or at checkout.

Once your products have left our warehouse, they are in the control of Australia Post & Aramex. In the event of delayed or missing parcels, we will do our best to assist you in finding your package by corresponding with our freight partners, please allow us sometime to investigate the situation. We cannot offer a refund on a product that we have already sent out, until our freight partners deem it lost and we can make a claim. 

Additionally: The above timeframes are not guaranteed and delays may occur beyond our control. Mooi Living is not responsible for any transit delays due to; customs, public holidays, severe weather and courier transit errors. While we will do everything we can to assist with the resolution of this error, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages or packages delayed in transit.

In the event an item is lost or damaged we request you contact Mooi Living at hello@mooiliving.com.au outlining your concern for Mooi Living to determine the best course of action. Mooi Living is not liable for products lost or damaged in shipment by the Courier provider.

Please notify Mooi Living at hello@mooiliving.com.au for action to take place however any claims should be addressed to the courier provider.

Mooi Living charges a flat rate for Aramex Couriers on all purchases, which is based on an average across Australia. Australia Post postage is calculated at checkout and in cart.

International Shipping

The team at Mooi Living work with a range of expert, trust-worthy delivery services to suit your needs, locations and time line in the most efficient way possible. The carrier for your order will depend on your location.

North American orders will be shipped via Australia Post International, FedEx Standard or FedEx Priority Express.

Canadian orders will be sent via Australia Post International or FedEx, you are likely to incur duties taxes on your order, please read our paragraph about this below.

New Zealand orders will be sent via Australia Post International, you are likely to incur duties taxes on your order, please read our paragraph about this below.

UK & European orders will be sent via Australia Post International or FedEx, you are likely to incur duties taxes on your order, please read our paragraph about this below.

Orders going to Asia will also be shipped through either Australia Post International or FedEx you are likely to incur duties taxes on your order, please read our paragraph about this below.

International Customs Fees

TAXES & DUTIES

If you live in New Zealand, Canada, UK or Europe, you are likely to incur customs duties and taxes in your country by your customs department.

New Zealand residents can visit https://www.customs.govt.nz/personal/duty-and-gst/whats-my-duty-estimator

These additional costs are your responsibility to pay and will like be around 20-30% of your total order value. These duties and taxes will differ between each countries own tax laws, please check with your local Customs Office for more information. Mooi Living is not responsible for these charges.

We are required by law to provide accurate information about your order on the commercial invoice. We cannot change the declared value of your order. These duties and taxes are charged to you by your countries customs department and our out of our control.

If you choose to not accept your delivery from FedEx and ‘Return To Sender’, for any reason including due to duties and taxes, Mooi Living can only refund the order value less both outbound and inbound shipping fees.

If an order is refused by a customer due to customs duty, taxes and/or fees, the parcel will be held for 2 weeks. If these fees are not paid in this time the parcel will be abandoned. Subsequent fees may be applied to any refund if eligible. Mooi Living is not responsible for refunding or handling of an abandoned order.

By placing your order with Mooi Living you are accepting these terms and conditions as part of our purchase.

GST – Goods & Services Tax Australia

GST is an Australian Tax. If you are purchasing one of our products from outside Australia and getting it shipped outside of Australia, you will not have to pay the GST component. GST will be removed from your balance once you have added your shipping address.

Calculating International Shipping

All International shipping is calculated in either the cart or checkout once your address has been added and will be calculated based on weight and location. International orders may be shipped by various Couriers.

Please note that International shipping will incur higher charges than Domestic shipping. 

Christmas Cut-off Dates

It’s a well known fact that Santa is going to have his work cut out for him this year!

With Couriers and Australia Post simply overwhelmed with the huge influx of online orders, delivery times can not be guaranteed.

So if you want to make sure you’ve got all the presents under your Christmas tree this year, it’s time to start Christmas shopping now! During this busy period, we actually recommend selecting Australia Post Express Post at checkout!

Mooi Living’s warehouse is based on the Gold Coast in Queensland and all of our parcels are dispatched from this location. To guarantee pre-Christmas deliver, we will need to have your parcel lodged with Australia Post or our couriers by the following dates:
