Shipping Policy

Order Processing

Orders are dispatched from our Gold Coast, Australia warehouse within 24 hours (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays and peak sale periods).

Order Cut-Off: 2pm AEST
Orders placed after this time will ship the next business day.

During sale periods, dispatch times may be slightly extended due to high order volumes.

Once your order leaves our warehouse, you will receive a tracking email.

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

Order Cancellations Before Dispatch
Once an order is placed, it is processed quickly and our customer service and warehouse teams operate separately. While we will always do our best to assist, we cannot guarantee order cancellations can be made, even if you email us before dispatch. Please ensure you are certain before placing your order, as we may be unable to stop it once processing has begun.

Pre-Order Items

If your order contains a pre-order item, your entire order will be shipped once the pre-order stock arrives at our warehouse.

If you would prefer in-stock items shipped separately, additional shipping fees will apply.

Free Shipping

Free shipping is available during selected promotional periods and in applicable countries when your order meets the minimum spend threshold.

If items are returned and your revised order total falls below the free shipping threshold, the original shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.


International Shipping

We ship internationally via Australia Post and DHL Express.

Delivery timeframes vary depending on destination, customs processing, and peak periods.


USA Orders

Duties and taxes for USA orders are calculated and charged at checkout - so there are no unexpected charges upon delivery.

Orders under $800 USD are shipped via Australia Post International.
Orders over $800 USD are shipped via DHL Express.


New Zealand Orders

Orders under $1,000 NZD are generally not subject to duties or taxes and are shipped via Australia Post.

Orders $1,000 NZD and over are shipped via DHL Express. We will charge duties at checkout - so no nasty surprises once it arrives in New Zealand.

As customs regulations may change, we recommend checking with New Zealand Customs if you are unsure about applicable charges.


Canadian Orders

For Canadian orders, duties and taxes are assessed by Canadian customs when your parcel arrives in Canada and (if deemed applicable) are payable before delivery.

As our bean bag covers are classified as textile home furnishings, customers may be charged GST/HST and applicable import duty, typically totalling approximately 15–30% of the order value, depending on your province.

Please note these charges are not set or collected by us and are not included in the product price or shipping fee — they are determined by Canadian customs authorities and paid directly to the carrier prior to delivery.

If a parcel is refused due to unpaid customs charges:

  • The parcel may be held for up to 2 weeks.

  • If returned to us, shipping costs and a 20% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund.


European Orders

For European orders, duties and import taxes are assessed when your parcel arrives in your country and are payable before delivery. As our bean bag covers are classified as textile home furnishings, customers will typically be charged local VAT (generally around 19–25% depending on the country) plus any applicable import duty, which may add a small additional percentage to the total.

Please note these charges are not set or collected by us and are not included in the product price or shipping fee — they are determined by your country’s customs authority and paid directly to the carrier prior to delivery.

If a parcel is refused due to unpaid customs charges:

  • The parcel may be held for up to 2 weeks.

  • If returned to us, shipping costs and a 20% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund.


United Kingdom Orders

For United Kingdom orders, duties and import taxes are assessed when your parcel arrives in the UK and are payable before delivery. Customers will typically be charged 20% VAT plus any applicable import duty on textile products (often around 10–12%), depending on the item and declared value.

Please note these charges are not set or collected by us and are not included in the product price or shipping fee — they are determined by UK customs authorities and paid directly to the carrier prior to delivery.

If a parcel is refused due to unpaid customs charges:

  • The parcel may be held for up to 2 weeks.

  • If returned to us, shipping costs and a 20% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund.


All Other Countries

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, and tariffs. These charges are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated at checkout.

If a parcel is refused due to unpaid customs charges:

  • The parcel may be held for up to 2 weeks.

  • If abandoned, no refund will be issued.

  • If returned to us, shipping costs and a 20% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund.


Uncollected Parcels

If a parcel requires collection and is not collected, and is returned to us:

  • Re-shipping fees will apply.

  • Return postage costs will be deducted from any eligible refund.

  • A 20% restocking fee may apply to unclaimed international orders.


Shipping Delays

Delays caused by customs, public holidays, severe weather, or courier transit issues are outside of our control.

While we will always assist where possible, we are not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed parcels once dispatched.

Authority to Leave

All standard shipments are sent with Authority to Leave.

If you do not want your parcel left unattended, please provide clear delivery instructions in your order notes at checkout.
