SHIPPING POLICY
Mooi Living is proudly an Australian company and our warehouse is located on the beautiful Burleigh Heads on the Gold Coast in Australia. We delivery world-wide!
By completing your payment and finalising an order with us, you agree to the following terms and conditions regarding the shipping and delivery of your order.
PROCESSING TIMES
All orders are prepared and shipped within 24 hours of placement, excluding weekends and public holidays.
Please be aware that during sale periods, there might be delays due to high order volumes.
Orders made after 2 pm AEST on Monday to Friday will be shipped on the following business day.

PLEASE NOTE: IF YOU DO NOT COLLECT YOUR PARCEL (IF PICK UP IS REQUIRED) AND THE PARCEL IS RETURNED, YOU WILL NEED TO PAY FOR SHIPPING AGAIN & THE COST OF THE RETURN SHIPPING.
If you received FREE Shipping, but return products that would bring your total cost under the threshold, the original shipping fees will be deducted from your refund.
SHIPPING & DELIVERY DELAYS
Please note that processing delays resulting from customs, public holidays, severe weather, or courier transit errors are beyond our control. While we will make every effort to assist in resolving these issues, we are not responsible for lost, stolen packages, or packages delayed in transit.

Free Shipping for orders based on order value (applicable to certain countries and periods only)
Only available at selected times. Free shipping is offered to residents of applicable countries who spend a certain amount (detailed above in the table). However, if you return your items and it reduces the amount under the threshold for your overall purchase, you will be charged for the original shipping.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
Any customs fees, tariffs, taxes, or additional costs associated with your international purchase are the customer's responsibility and are not included in the order or shipping fees. If you are uncertain about the applicable taxes, tariffs and customs fees, we recommend contacting your local customs office.
Orders shipping to New Zealand are shipped via Australia Post International Express Post.
Orders to USA, Canada and select international locations will be shipped via Australia Post International or DHL Express. If you require your product urgently, we recommend selecting DHL Express.
ORDERS TO USA - US Tariffs will apply and will be the customers responsibility. YOUR government / postal service will likely charge you before delivery. If your order is less than $800 USD, you will be charged $100 flat fee. If your order is higher than $800, then you will be charged a 30% tariff + possible other custom charges (please check with your local authority).

Mooi Living is not responsible for any additional taxes and customs charges that are requested during the shipment of your order. We do not offer refunds for these costs.
If an order is refused by a customer due to customs duty, Tariffs, taxes and/or fees, the parcel will be held for 2 weeks.
If these fees are not paid in this time the parcel will be abandoned. Subsequent fees may be applied to any refund if eligible. Mooi Living is not responsible for refunding or handling of an abandoned order. Shipping costs and a 20% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund.
We have been very transparent about the Tariffs and custom duties. We will charge a 20% restocking fee for any unclaimed order that is sent back to us + the cost of the international shipping.
Our prices do not include local taxes, tariffs and import/custom duties for international orders.

ORDER TRACKING
After your order is packed and leaves our warehouse, an email will be sent to the email you provided during the order placement. This email will include the tracking number for you to monitor the progress of your order.
SHIPPING TERMS & CONDITIONS
Please be aware that delivery times can vary based on the time of year, holidays, weekends, and severe weather. We cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen packages or those delayed in transit. The customer is responsible for providing the correct shipping and delivery address. If the wrong address is provided, Mooi Living may not be able to offer reimbursement for the package.
AUTHORITY TO LEAVE & STANDARD SHIPPING
Australia Post's delivery service will not require a signature and will deliver with Authority to Leave. This means that Australia Post will leave your order in a safe place for your convenience.
If you do not want or there is no safe place to leave your package, please provide clear instructions in the order notes when shopping with Mooi Living.
