CARE INSTRUCTIONS

HIGHLY RECOMMEND USING A SCOTCH-GUARD!

Wipe clean with a damp cloth and occasionally vacuum. Alternatively, you can transfer bean filling into the transferrable bag and put the covers in for a gentle was (please make sure zippers are closed). Dry flat in shade DO NOT TUMBLE DRY.

WARNING: Children can suffocate if bean bag filling is swallowed or inhaled. Do not let children climb inside this bean bag. A bean bag is NOT A SAFE sleeping surface for an infant under 12 months of age.

PLEASE NOTE: The zipper pullers of the cover have been removed so they are not accidentally opened by children. A paper clip is best used to open the bean bag cover to pour the beans in.

How to Fill Your Serena Armchair
Grab a friend – Filling is easiest with two people: one to hold the bean bag open, and the other to pour the beans in.

Choose your spot – Fill over a bath (with the plug in) or in a contained space to make clean-up easier.

Use a funnel – Cut a large piece of cardboard into a funnel shape to guide the beans in and minimise spills.

Fill gradually – Stop occasionally, gently shake and move the bean bag to help the beans flow into all areas.

Check the fullness – It’s always easier to add more filling than to remove it. Start with less, test for comfort, and top up if needed.

Pro Tip: Filling may be the trickiest part, but once your Serena is full and settled, you’ll have a luxurious, stylish armchair that you’ll love for years to come.

For best results, fill the Serena Armchair about ¾ full with beans. Place the remaining beans into the interchangeable mesh liner, zip the two (liner and cover) together, and and tip into the main cover.

The Serena may require a little shaping and manoeuvring to get the beans into all the right places. With a few adjustments, it will settle beautifully into form.

Filling your Bean Bag

We recommend 2-people to fill your bean bag. One to hold the bean bag (or inner white bag if included) and the other to pour the bean filling into the bean bag.

To minimise spillage, we recommend filling your bean bag over a bath (plug in of course) - that way you can easily clean up spills.

We also recommend getting a large piece of cardboard and making a funnel, this will make filling your bean bag easier.

Every now and then, stop and move the bean bag around to allow the beans to flow through.

Top TIP: It's easier to have to add extra filling, rather than removing it, so we recommend you test your bean bag for fullness, and should you require more, add more in.

Honestly, the hardest part is filling the bean bag, but you will absolutely love it once full!
